"There was a real lack of offering in the marketplace where clients could get a straightforward, honest service and a reliable solution to their requirements. We deal quite extensively with the expatriate market, a market with which I am very familiar having underwritten hundreds of cases when I was Offshore Banking Manager for Northern Bank Offshore." "Clients like our down to earth service and great after sales care - if we say we can get the job done, we generally can. We want clients to be satisfied with what we deliver so that their transaction is not simply a 'one-off'' but that we retain an on-going relationship in the future. Our experience also tells us that when our clients are happy they tell others - and that's good business." |
