Offshore Lending have just helped me with a mortgage to buy a property in New York. I am based offshore in the Caribbean and so most of the US lenders will not accept my application.
Offshore Lending have arranged a mortgage at a decent rate and the service was first rate.

Needed a mortgage on a property in Bedfordshire. Deposit down and requirement to complete in 4 weeks. Phoned Offshore Lending and discussed some options. Application and supporting papers were with the bank in a week and approved 2 days later. Got a good deal and pleased with service provided.

Placed deposit on property in Kent, UK and then went about arranging finance. Found it wasn't so easy and none of the High Street lenders would consider my income as I am non UK resident. Clint helped me with a NatWest product and we were able to complete within the required timeframe. Good job, thanks a lot!
