Offshore Lending helped me secure finance to purchase a small property based in Scotland. I am presently exptriated to Senegal and wanted to get on the property ladder so that when I return home I have something to come back to. There was no fuss and we got the deal done very quickly. Offshore Lending was a great help to us. We had been using another broker who didn't seem to really understand what we required as we had a BVI company set up to buy a UK property. Clint was able to get the finance in place very quickly and we know own a property in London.
